Kedge Construction Co., Ltd. belongs to the Kindom Group. Founded in 1982, Kedge has so far lived for 43 years. Kedge is a Class-A excellent construction company, listed on Taipei Exchange (“TPEx”) in 1998 and later on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (“TWSE”) in 2000. Kedge concentrates on diverse construction projects concerning social and civic infrastructures such as transportation, technological plants, hospitals, housing, civil sport centers, and so on. We adopt the professional knowledge of turnkey construction, building, and operation to carry out constructions throughout Taiwan.

Business and Scale
Kedge Construction has achieved revenue exceeding NT$10 billion for four consecutive years, with a market share of approximately 0.3%-0.5% in the construction engineering industry. In 2024, revenue reached NT$14.234 billion, with overall operations remaining stable.

Market Analysis
According to statistics from the Construction and Planning Agency under the Ministry of the Interior, as of the fourth quarter of 2024, the total number of construction companies at all levels nationwide reached 19,963, with Class A construction companies accounting for 3,305, indicating that overall market supply maintains stable growth momentum. Compared to 2023, the nationwide number of construction companies increased by 165, and Class A comprehensive construction companies also increased by 74, reflecting the continuous expansion of the construction industry structure and the simultaneous enhancement of professional and large-scale project undertaking capabilities.
On the demand side, the government’s overall public construction budget scale in 2024 approached NT$780 billion, continuously promoting various large-scale infrastructure construction projects, including multiple important projects that have been completed or entered commercial operation phases. The government also strengthens rural construction and regional balanced development through the Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Program 2.0, and actively invests in infrastructure construction required for six core strategic industries including 5G, digital development, artificial intelligence, and information security, promoting digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and enhancing national resilience, further expanding the future growth space of the construction industry.

The civil engineering industry pertains to the construction industry. The main sources of its business opportunities rely on contracted price fluctuations – such aspects all influence the construction costs of the civil engineering industry. The development of the upstream
construction projects from various owners such as the governmental public construction, private construction companies, and public industries is also deeply affected by the economic condition in the civil and private agencies. Upstream industries include building materials, foundation works, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering industry. Participating in associations
Kedge Construction actively participates in professional associations to promote the development of the associations, enhance the service quality in this industry with other companies in this industry, and contribute to the dissemination of industry knowledge.
In 2024, Kedge took part in 15 associations to which we sponsored in various ways, such as placing advertisements, paying membership fee, and financially supporting events, to help with their operation. The total amount was NT$ 349,364.
