Issues to Address
Disadvantaged rural areas have long faced the issue of “lack of professional manpower for repairs.” Despite government intervention, resource allocation is often delayed, unable to respond promptly to the needs of the disadvantaged. By leveraging Kedge Construction’s expertise in construction management, suitable contractors can be quickly identified, addressing the plight of disadvantaged families who are unable to improve their living conditions.
The project, which involves SROI (Social Return on Investment) evaluation, aims to measure social impact and develop effective actions to support disadvantaged groups. The project’s SROI value is 7.62, indicating significant social benefits.
This outcome not only reflects the positive social impact of the project but also provides a critical basis for future resource allocation and action strategies. Through continuous evaluation and improvement, we can more effectively assist those in need.
