Today, we must anchor our focus on a dual-axis strategy: digital transformation and ecological harmony. Steady Expansion & Excellence in Governance: Leading Sustainable Transformation with NT$21.4 Billion in Revenue
Driven by strong private investment momentum and a surge in owner demand for low-carbon construction methodologies, Kedge’s project backlog reached record heights in 2025. We managed 29 active projects throughout the year, with an aggregate contract value of NT$86.9 billion. Key project acquisitions included the TSMC AP7P2-FAB structural works, AP8P2 test piling project, Taiwan Cooperative Bank office building, and the Kindom Development Beitou Ruanqiao Section project, representing approximately NT$15.2 billion in new contract value. Meanwhile, projects such as Kindom Development Zhonghe LG08 and the Minquan Building were successfully finalized and closed. Consolidated operating revenue for 2025 reached NT$21.495 billion, marking a substantial 51.01% year-on-year growth. Consolidated net income after tax rose 42.14% to NT$1.243 billion, with earnings per share (EPS) reaching NT$9.5. Supported by exceptional capital allocation and profitability, net cash inflow from operating activities reached NT$2.015 billion, demonstrating Kedge’s stellar financial health and operational resilience.
Technological Innovation & Environmental Governance: AI Collaboration and Green Construction Ecosystems
As a pioneer driving the Kindom Group’s sustainability blueprint, Kedge is accelerating industry-wide transformation through “digital service innovation” and “low-carbon engineering transition.” We have profoundly integrated digital technologies into our operations: painting, plastering, and surveying robots are now fully deployed on active jobsites, and we have introduced AI-powered occupational safety recognition systems as we march toward a “Zero Trust Network Architecture.” Through our “Sustainable Site Office” strategy and BIM-integrated management, we proactively drive waste reduction across all projects. In environmental stewardship, Kedge aligns strictly with the TNFD framework, expanding our Alishan afforestation initiatives and the habitat restoration for the protected Formotosena seebohmi to deliver meaningful biodiversity conservation. Concurrently, we partnered with the Taiwan Construction Research Institute to publish the “ESG Implementation Plan Operational Guidelines,” bolstering supply chain resilience and realizing the Group’s long-term vision of holistic “Urban District Management.”
