Kedge has officially commenced the urban renewal project at Lot 472, Fuzhong Section, Banqiao District, New Taipei City. Through urban redevelopment, the project aims to rejuvenate aging buildings and provide a more livable environment. Integrated with the Fuzhong 456 Public Space Revitalization Plan, it seeks to enhance the public good and create a harmonious urban aesthetic.
The upcoming development will feature low-carbon, smart, and earthquake-resistant designs. Key elements include setback structures along roadways, disaster-resilient pathways, a linear plaza, and a semi-outdoor shaded corridor. These features are designed to foster a sustainable and comfortable living environment while reviving the cultural and communal essence of the area.
