Kedge Construction has formed a joint venture with Japan’s Oriental Shiraishi Corporation (ORSC) to establish Guan Ho Precision Precast, combining engineering and manufacturing expertise to advance construction industrialization in Taiwan.
The partnership brings together Kedge’s experience in construction and project management with ORSC’s expertise in precast technology and manufacturing. By integrating capabilities in engineering, precision manufacturing, and low-carbon materials, the new company aims to enhance the quality and supply efficiency of precast components.
Guan Ho Precision Precast will support projects including high-tech manufacturing facilities, major public infrastructure, and residential developments, providing a more reliable and high-quality supply of precast components. Through greater standardization and off-site manufacturing, the joint venture will also explore more efficient and lower-carbon approaches to construction.
Representatives from the Taiwan-Japan Business Exchange Association attended the signing ceremony, highlighting the value of continued industrial and technological exchange between Taiwan and Japan. Through the partnership, Kedge and ORSC will combine their respective strengths to advance precast technology, construction industrialization, and low-carbon solutions, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable built environment.
