Kedge Kicks Off 2025 Summer Internship Program

Kedge Construction officially launched its 2025 Summer Internship Program with a two-day orientation held on July 1–2 at the JianTan Youth Activity Center, welcoming outstanding students from across Taiwan to join the Kedge family. Over the next two months, interns will gain hands-on experience across civil, industrial, and building projects nationwide. The opening program featured inspiring remarks from Vice General Manager Liang, who encouraged interns to seize opportunities and embrace challenges, as well as team-building activities such as a clay-and-bamboo tower challenge. Deputy Manager Tsai from the Quality Department introduced Kedge’s quality policies, while the Occupational Safety team delivered a six-hour “Taiwan Safety Card” training, equipping interns with essential certification before entering worksites. By combining practical training with corporate values, Kedge ensures that interns not only acquire professional skills but also develop teamwork, responsibility, and a strong foundation for future careers in construction.
