Kindom Group hosted an inclusive community picnic at Linkou Community Sports Park, bringing together more than 100 local and international employees, community residents, and families for a day of cultural exchange and connection. Organized across the Group’s three major business divisions, the event combined multicultural music, international cuisine, family activities, interactive booths, and a special portrait photography exhibition featuring migrant workers. The open-air setting created a welcoming space where employees and local residents could connect beyond the workplace and experience inclusion through everyday interaction.
Connecting across Cultures
Bilingual activities in Mandarin and Vietnamese helped participants engage across language barriers, with Vietnamese interpretation available throughout the event. A Taiwanese-Vietnamese singer also joined the program, creating further opportunities for cultural exchange.
Supporting Financial Awareness
Taipei Fubon Bank shared information on fraud prevention and financial inclusion, helping migrant workers strengthen their awareness of financial security while living and working in Taiwan.
Connecting Architecture with the Community
The program also extended beyond the picnic through a guided visit to the National Archives Administration’s facilities. The experience gave Kindom employees an opportunity to explore the cultural role of architecture in urban development while strengthening their connection to the value of their work.
Seeing Migrant Workers through a New Lens
A fashion-inspired portrait exhibition offered a different perspective on migrant workers. By incorporating elements of construction sites into fashion photography, the exhibition moved beyond conventional documentary images of labor and presented migrant workers with confidence, individuality, and diverse personal identities.

Through the event, Kindom Group transformed the idea of inclusion into an experience that employees and community members could actively share. By creating opportunities for cultural exchange, employee engagement, and community interaction, the Group continues to foster a more inclusive workplace while exploring the possibilities of KINDOMLIVING—a vision of communities where people from different backgrounds can connect, participate, and thrive together.
