Kindom Group Receives Three Global Views ESG Awards

Kindom Group received three honors at the 2026 Global Views ESG Awards, with both Kindom Development and Kedge Construction recognized for their sustainability performance and initiatives.

The awards include the Merit Award for Overall Performance – Service Industry, Merit Award for Outstanding Project – Low-Carbon Operations, and Model Award for Outstanding Project – Social Impact, reflecting the Group’s efforts to integrate ESG practices across property development and construction.

Turning ESG Commitments into Action

Kindom Group continues to translate sustainability goals into practical solutions across its businesses:

  • Lower-carbon construction: Kedge introduced Portland limestone cement (PLC) concrete to reduce embodied carbon compared with conventional concrete. Its emissions reduction targets have also been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
  • Carbon management: The Group has implemented internal carbon pricing and established a carbon reduction fund to support energy-saving and emissions-reduction measures at construction sites.
  • Resource circularity: Excavated material is repurposed into geopolymer concrete for use in land reclamation at the Port of Taipei, creating new value from construction resources.
  • Community impact: The Group applies its resources and expertise to home repairs in underserved communities, migrant worker support, and local revitalization through forest-based economic initiatives.

The recognition reflects the collective efforts of employees across Kindom Group and the collaboration between its development and construction businesses. Moving forward, the Group will continue to advance lower-carbon construction, resource circularity, responsible operations, and community engagement, turning ESG commitments into measurable action
