Repair and Recycle Program” Expands from Homes to Communities

Engineering expertise creates a repair network for everyday support and rapid disaster response

CHALLENGE

Disadvantaged households, rural communities and nonprofit groups often lack access to professional repair crews and engineering resources. After disasters, shortages become more acute as labor, materials and contractors must be mobilized quickly.

Kedge launched Kind Repair in 2021, connecting its engineering, project-management and supply-chain capabilities with social-welfare partners to improve homes, community spaces and disaster-affected areas.
