As the year comes to an end, Kedge Construction reaffirms its commitment to celebrating the season with purpose through a trilogy of gratitude initiatives that combine appreciation, community care, and sustainable celebration. The journey begins with Thanksgiving cards, where employees share heartfelt notes of thanks with colleagues, planting seeds of gratitude and strengthening bonds across the company. It continues with the Community Dream Program, in which Kedge joins hands with the Eden Social Welfare Foundation, Yiguang Children’s Home, and the Andrew Charity Association to donate 300 packs of organic rice, 100 sets of stationery, and 438 gifts collected from employees, delivering hope and warmth to families and children in need. The trilogy concludes with the Christmas Dream Program, featuring a sustainable Christmas tree decorated with wooden ornaments designed by staff, with the top five designs winning the fulfillment of the creators’ holiday wishes. Together, these initiatives highlight Kedge’s belief that holidays are more than celebrations—they are opportunities to act with love, responsibility, and creativity, inspiring colleagues, partners, and communities to join in building a brighter, warmer future.
